The club, our chapter, and some of our committees publish regular newsletters.
The AMC main organization (a.k.a. “Joy Street,” “Mother Ship”) publishes AMC Outdoors every two months, with articles about AMC-related topics and general outdoors stuff. It also includes comprehensive listings of all 12 chapters’ upcoming events. All AMC members receive it as part of their membership.
Our chapter publishes the Berkshire Exchange, a newsletter of chapter events, announcements, and articles. We send it to all chapter members.
Individual interest groups within the chapter sometimes publish their own, topical newsletters as well. The paddling group, for example, publishes Ferry Tales at least once a year. Contact a representative of any interest group to ask about such newsletters and to be added to the mailing list.
We are making an effort to post minutes of our Executive Committee meetings also, though we haven’t quite made this habitual yet.
